For over 23 years, I’ve been a Food Consultant, Culinary Product Developer and Cooking Instructor. I’ve helped natural and specialty food companies as well as bakeries bring their new product concepts to life and into the marketplace. I also develop, write and test recipes. I’ve studied both baking and cooking, and classic French cuisine. My personal specialties are Italian, Mediterranean and French cuisines.
In addition to this blog, I teach cooking and baking. My lessons are available in Orange County, parts of Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
